On the PC it was in the "Tours" section because they used each day's edition of the course for the given round. The only way to do that (unfortunately) in the current competition setup structure is to create a "Tour" and in essence, create a one round tournament for each day's pin setting. The four individual rounds (tournaments in this case) are then strung together and the overall winner of the "Tour" is considered the 'Tournament' winner.
I'm hoping that with the update, HBS will give both tournament and tour creators the flexibility to have a 72 hole tournament that allows the option to use multi-pin courses (usually following the template coursename (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday) individually in the 72 hole stand-alone tournament, or 72 hole tournament stop in a Tour.
