A change is long overdue here.
It doesn't even have to include new models. Just the same old buildings, each with a few re-skins to give them a new look would be a massive improvement to what we have now.  ;)
My last 7 courses (newest first):
Binyon Peak
McGonagall Golf Club
Lovelace Bay
Swinburne Forest GC
Brackenridge Nine by Acrilix
Drayton Lakes
Chudleigh Golf Club

The radar blip is getting bigger and bigger though.   We are getting closer and closer to making visual contact.   :)

Well the way I look at it, we have planes that fly around, I know several golf courses that are near airports, My next release will have a couple of runways and a helo pad with no planes (static) or helicopters (static or flying) ... just say'n

LOL

And what type of golf course doesn't have Canadian Geese? Especially when the game is made in Canada? What'e up with that, Eh?

Never saw a thatched roof in my week in the Highlands. And only came across two castles - Inverary and Stirling.

Most of the buildings are simple, small, whitewashed single story, large hotels, sizeable B&B establishments and the odd mansion. I say most but of course you can drive for hours and only see a handful.

Here's Inverary Castle.

Intel core I73770k 3.5 GHZ
16 Gb Corsair vengeance DDR3 1600MHZ/PC12800
Asus mobo PB8277-V Lx
Nvidea GeForce GTX670 2GB
X box 360 wired controller
Windoes 7 home premium 64 bit

Courses :
Aphrodite Golf and Sailing Resort
Taiga Forest-Kaunis Course
Adelaide Hills West Golf Course
Strathmally GC

Inverary Castle is more of a stately home than a castle and 18th century gothic architecture isn't exactly typical of the highlands.

Most homes in the area, and towards the coast, tend to have slate roofs.  I know this as I've worked on lots of them and they're a bloody nightmare.
