Allow 2 putting cameras when chipping:

• view from player to hole and
• view from hole to player

The exactly same as for putting. Reading the green in the chipping cameras does not work and the stearing of the camera using a mouse is still out of controll; Zooming by the use of the mousewheel works (kind off).

The current workaround: switch to putter, read green, switch back to wede and reselect chip is timeconsuming and leads to errors (autoselected normal shot when coming back from putter).
