I'm happy with the draw. Should be a great competition I think giving what I saw of your first 3 holes. I'm looking forward to it as well. Best of luck to you.

@Moth

Played the next 3 holes on this. Still very relaxing. Shot par. Again, not too hard, not too easy. I am really looking forward to playing this when it's completed win or lose.

I do think the more dramatically designed courses are going to end up taking this one but I do wish you luck in this round.

Moth, Have to agree with Wags..Something about this course is very relaxing..The mower in the distance , the birds chirping..The ambient feel is excellent ..The course itself is understated and those slow greens help to support the relaxing nonintimidating feel of the course..However the pins on 4 & 6 had some teeth..There is room her for Scampi but he needs to bring it because Westfield is very solid..

Well, like I said in round 1, Links courses are just not my favorite visually. I'm not as desert open spaces kind of guy. The fences are a nice touch but there's not much to look at outside of the water.

Course plays okay. Shot +1 because of some stupid putting on hole 3. Just really doesn't do much for me. On the plus side, your opponent's course is kind of low key on the visuals as well. So this could be a really tight vote. And quite honestly, I'm not sure which one I'd give the nod to except usually any course other thank Links will get my vote.

Just not a fan of the minimalist decor.

No sweat Wags. I actually don't prefer Links courses either, but I chose the Highlands theme to challenge myself since I've been avoiding it for quite some time. To make up for the lack of decor I've been trying to shape the environment as much as possible and practice my sculpting. Thanks for the play and thoughts!

These are 6 very solid holes scampi. Hole 5 was especially good. I definitely think that this will be a tight vote!

Both these courses are very good no doubt..Are they Wow good? ...No._This will be close and come down to small personal factors for voters..I actually think I prefer the quiet subtle distant mower on moth's course over the loud incessant wave crashing sound on Scampi's...The Cliff on Loch, which is a Major part of the scenery just doesn't look natural._I'll definitely be playing them both back to back before I vote..

I really enjoyed your course. Specifically the separated fairway and green on #3 which was some good planting. Also #6 with the choked fairway leading to the green. It was a great way to challenge and punish without being too harsh. Your bunkers were interesting, properly placed and sculpted, and your rough was straight and the same width for the most part throughout the course. On the whole, you can just tell that you spend quite a bit of time on the course.

Cheers and Good Luck

looks like they simply ended on time. I don't think keith could change them as he set the time limit when he created them initially.
