I think I spotted a leak in that dam... Hopefully it doesn't collapse under the pressure of the second round.

Drip,

Drip,

Drip,...

All jokes aside, good luck. And I look forward to seeing what the next 3 holes look like

You're good as long as your course isn't downstream of the dam. It might get washed away when it bursts  ;D

Good luck with this next round. It will be an interesting matchup. Both Swiss theme and (no offence to my previous opponent) neither of us were tested in round 1.

My next 3 are nearly done so I will release soon so I can carry on building.

Well, now I know why I got my ass handed to me in round 1. Very nice.

Shot -1. Challenging but fair. Greens might have been a little too easy as I didn't hit one in regulation until hole 6 and still shot -1.

Only complaint is about the lighting on some holes going in the other direction from the sun or whatever. Some of the fairways I could just about see the line where they ended and the rough began and I have an excellent monitor and graphics card. Made lining up some shots really tough.

Liked the double dog  600 yard par 5. Kind of like navigating a maze.

Will wait to see Nick's course before I predict the winner of this one. I think it will be close.

Hi Nickweis. I've just played Pine Park Lodge. A very nice course. I really liked it.  A very different feel to mine despite being in the same theme.  I struggled to score well as I had winds in the teens which left me lots of long putts on the large greens. It has a few more bunkers than mine too! Good luck.

This course deserves a much fancier name..Pine Park Lodge was somewhere the Griswolds stayed on their way to Wally World ...Very nice course!

Pine Park Lodge (6 Hole)  is now published

Enjoy

Just finished. Lucked out with very calm winds. Shot -3.

Love the bunkers. One of them was in the shape of the meters from the 50s sci fi "Forbidden Planet" Almost laughed my ass off when I saw it.

Nice course. Hole 1 looks like Swiss cheese with all those bunkers.

Good luck in the round.

Glad you liked it, the name came from the existing course that inspired the creation. It's a course that has been around for over 90 years so that would be why the name feels "old and boring"

Good to see the 6 hole submittions trickling in. Definitely some good stuff in this round. I have started a tour again for the ps4 players and will publish once everyone has submitted.

Thanks Keith & Fuzion for playing through all our courses. A few comments on mine:
- You struggle with the name. It is made up from the Swedish "Tre i taget" which is how Google translates "Three at a time". You can pronounce it how you like but I use a French style (given the Swiss theme) and pronounce it "Tray-tar-jay".
- There are no bunkers and there will be no bunkers. I set this as a challenge for myself (probably as a reaction to my last desert course Barco Rio). Also no cart paths as they don't suit the aesthetic I'm after.
- 4th hole: You can play shorter clubs off the tee to give a shorter approach but they are harder to pull off. Driver is the safer but longer shot.
- 5th hole: The "standard" method is to take the left arm with a 3W (or 5W if you have any wind behind) and then cut the corner with your 2nd leaving a short pitch to the pin. The risky shot is a driver to the right down the hill then a 3W through a gap in trees to the green.
- Whether I get through this round or not I will be completing this course. As far as I'm concerned I'm just building my next course.  The full 18 are already mapped out.
