I'm assuming this is a winter theme bug.   After the December update,  I went into the course Old Beaver Creek frosty fairways,   and tried messing with the new water quality function and I'm not sure if it's related or not,   but I run my PC game in medium quality and after making a water quality adjustment the sky went completely jet back and it looks horrible.   The water also went totally black.   I seem to remember hearing reeb say that medium quality doesn't work on the winter theme if you adjust the water quality.   Either way,  not sure what is going on,  but it's pretty much unplayable for me just based on the look.

I see that quit often, in many themes. It's one of several stages in the AMD Radeon grafics decomposition process on my rick.

No, not the cards problem.
TGC simply has a problem with AMD cards since the beginning.

Restart the game. Continue in the menu brings you back to your current game.

It happened for me on reebs latest winter offering.   I will play around with shutting down to see if that resets it,  but if adx is having the same issue but with a different card than this may be something else.

I have the same issue and I'm running a GTX 980.

It only happens with the overcast setting in winter. I haven't had it any other time. The fogginess seems to be the issue for me.

Yep it happened on OBC Winter for me as well

Hopefully we're giving them enough info to fix it because it's quite distracting and needs to be fixed quickly.
