Have been playing TGC on the ps4 for awhile, thought that I would get the pc version, and while its so easy to hit 100% and straight using the mouse, I have no commentary, no sound of the ball hitting the cup, all other sounds are ok but as soon as the ball is in play nothing...

Check your windows sound settings and make sure your speakers are configured correctly. Sounds like your missing some of the channels like it's set to 5.1 on a 2 speaker system.

If you have it set to 5.1 you will be missing the sounds from the missing speakers. You will need to switch to stereo to down mix those sounds through the main speakers. Unfortunately window don't give you any other speaker options like 3 channel or 2.1. Only work a round would be adding a receiver that could down mix the channels or maybe there's some driver software that could do that.
