I will, thanks. I was talking about the Skylake processor though. I'm curious about this new line and if it would have any appreciable performance gains over the AMD 9590. Thanks
Not sure about gains over the AMD 9590 as I do not have one to compare with. That being said, this is the system I am now running:
GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel Z170 motherboard
Intel i5 6600 Skylake 3.5 GHZ CPU
G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
AMD R9 Nano Fiji 4GB
480GB Toshiba OCZ AMD Radeon R7 2.5" 7mm Internal SSD
Xbox One Elite Controller
Running most courses at 1080p on High detail and 4 on object detail in game, 700+ on yards for trees rendering, etc average 55-60 fps. I can run 5 on Object detail in game, but I am playing with some settings like turning DoF off and playing with V-sync. Astonished at how beautiful the game plays and looks on the PC versus the consoles. Didn't want to believe it, now I am a true believer.
