SkyTrak Putting with short putts

short putts do not register for some reason for me.  Anyone have any suggestions?

How shot are you talking about?  I can't help much as I have a GC2 but if it's less than 4 feet that wouldn't surprise me.  You may want to check over at golfsimulatorforum.com as there are far more sim users there.
