I have TGC 2 for both the XBox One X and PS4.  It clearly looks and plays better on my X, but in fairness, my PS4 is a stock version.

As for TGC 2019, if that's what you're really asking about, the XBox One X version will at least have the option to render at a native 4K res, while the PS4 Pro version will at least have the option to render at a native 1600p.  I say "option" to each because I'm hoping there will be a few Quality/Performance options.  It's reported that the X's 4K res and the PS4 Pro's 1600p res will run at 30 FPS, and I'd like to have an option to at least get to 40 FPS, or higher.

I can't imagine it looking any better than the way it looks on the Xbox X.  It is so clear it looks 3d and I've had no issues.  If you buy the Xbox version and want to play a private match keep me in mind.

I went with the X1X as there was no improvement with TGC2 on Pro.TGC 19 runs well on the X for the most part but the game difficulty is definitely increased on Microsofts machine.
