having this spyglasseffect on moving the precission aerea for the putter is ok (as aliby for the lack of detailed info with controllers).

BUT !!!

having it to have the same size on all puts kills every short put (less 6feet). Can't be that i have to put it 2y behind the hole for a 3 ft put with 12 " downhill !!!!!!!! Currently for these puts any input from 1 to 20 foot seems to be adjusted to the exact length of the put, no matter if its up, down or sidehill.

The least you should do is to make it proportional to the length of the put desired.

I thought you were a golf coach,  you do know hitting a putt properly is combination of picking the right line and the right speed, don't you? If your putts "die away" you have picked the wrong line and speed combination for your putt!

or just poor execution, and you need to find something else to blame?

However the bottom line is that Anthony Kynne has already clearly stated why the mechanic is as it is (and present in all other golf video games in one form or another) and isn't changing, so you are wasting your time harping on about it.

And you are posting this in the wrong forum, it isn't a bug.

i fully understood what the mechano is.
The problem (and this is a bug) is that the addaption is done all over the putters range with the same size. Therefore you have no way to distinguish between a 2 and a 3 foot put, it allways generates the same power as soon as the "spyglass" touches 0.

I seriously have no idea what you're talking about.  I read all your posts and they are gibberish to me.

Also, I have no problems with putting. I feel that I have total control in my power.  I think I'm quite good at it and I now play with no green grids.  It feels very rewarding sinking birds (doesn't happen too often though)
