I said it in my first post here and in all my previous posts the problem is continuous Error Code HB-RS [1702] and as I said before, one or one hundred complaints, they should all be dealt with in the same professional manner and not ignored like they have been before
All im asking for is for HB to deal with this

I thought that was a blue screen crash Code,i was thinking you was talking about losing connection to main menu.That error code been in game since tgc2 days,i think only a new game engine will fix that problem sorry to say.

The devs have not been able to reproduce your issue nor are we seeing others posting about it.  So there is no update at this time.

Strangley enough, I’ve been having huge connection and game issues the past week. Got the above posted HB error twice, the standard lost connection message, randomly not able to join a party match at times, 3 windows game crashes, and finally last night a game crash that reset my entire profile. And tips?

Excuse me for getting belligerent but its a bit off HB getting you to speak for them rather that telling me themselves. Is it really below them to talk to the people who bought the game and paid their wages!!!!

I work for HB.  I communicate with the devs on a regular basis.  When I post something on the forums, that IS HB communicating to everyone.

Well im saddened at the lack of help Ive had. I will repeat. Im getting continually  logged out of the game, not out of the internet and why am I getting so many HB-RS [1702] error messages? Its 5 to 10 times in a 4 hour session.
....and why dont I have any connectivity problems with any other games, Spotify or the internet on my PS4?
