I'm contemplating the purchase of an Elite 2 controller for my XBox One X & Windows 10 PC, primarily with its use while playing TGC 2019 in mind.  Have any of you purchased an Elite 2 controller yet and have played TGC 2019 with it?  I'd like to read some opinions on this.  I'm leaning toward getting one, as I know my enjoyment of TGC 2019 has declined since my Elite 1 controller went belly up this past Summer.

I got it for my son. He says he loves it. I held it and feels really good and it is lighter than the first one. When I get a second I will hook up to my Xbox and try it out.

I am thinking about getting it. I think my Scuf's right stick is messed up which is bad for me since I use it  to swing with. I keep getting slow back swings and it is killing my game. Typing this I just thought about that I can switch sticks in the game. I will do that tonight to see if it is the controller.

The built in battery supposedly provides 40 hours of service life after a charge?  That's pretty impressive.

Paul, have you or your son tried changing the stick tension?  If so, is it much of a hassle?

I live in Ohio with an Anazon Prime account and I just looked and it said.... Usually ships within 1 to 2 months.
Ships from and sold by Amazon.com.

So I didn't order one. Plus 179.00 is a lot for a controller.

I get the same message as you when I go to the product link on Amazon... oh well, I guess I'll just buy it from Wally World.  Best Buy here says they're sold out also.  I reckon lots of people have $179.99 to spend on a controller   I actually don't, but I'm probably going to do it anyway

JC my son has not messed with the sticks. I have not had time to use it either. I think I might get one if my controller keeps pissing me off.

Now that u are getting it I will wait. I know we will get a great review.

I haven’t tried it yet but the grips look comfortable I always thought the first version should have had the rubber all round. I like the idea that they no longer provide two long shafted sticks you get one with a shorter stick and you can decide which side you want it on. The domed headed stick now has ridges on instead of being totally smooth that’s something I’m happy about. I’ve already adjusted the sticks for the stiffest settings and I will report back on the feel of them during play.

I like it the sticks are so smooth even in comparison to the first Elite controller and the golf club 2019 is the better for it.  It has a whole new setup options in the Xbox accessories app. You can feel the difference when you alter the stick tension I’ve tried the three of them and I prefer the middle setting.
If the “So” was directed at me Paul don’t look to me for a review I don’t do reviews but I will tell you what I think.

Just wanted your opinion on it. I think my right stick on my scuf is worn out or something so I'll probably pull the trigger on Elite 2.
