I’m on an Xbox1 and if you’re still in the designer with an unpublished course, go to the edit tab click on the settings tab then go back to edit which I use to trigger the yellow highlighted object..... hover over the area and find your out of bounds stake(s). Once the are highlighted you have the option to move or delete each stake. Haven’t done this in a long while but I find it easier to delete each stake then add back the OB area you desire.
