Down here in the UK too!

What is wrong with these hackers?
They never do any good for anyone ever. They are like the loner who used to get picked on at school, now they know something that most don't know, they use that knowledge to hurt and disrupt millions of innocent people, while hiding behind a keyboard.

Down here too, in Newfoundland, Canada.

I've been waiting for this release for months now. Very upset with Lizard Squad or whoever is behind these DDOS attacks.  >:(

I just hope its not a sign of what it will be like in the future as well, otherwise it'll be a waste of money.

Just a day after the PlayStation Network was brought back online after a DDoS attack over the weekend, the online service is yet again facing issues. A tweet from the official PlayStation Twitter account explains that unspecified "connectivity issues" have flared up, and Sony is working on a fix.

"Network update: engineers are aware of connectivity issues, are working to resolve. We'll keep you posted," Sony said. "Apologies for the inconvenience." The extent of the connectivity problems is unknown. We will update this story as more information becomes available.

A group of hackers took responsibility over the weekend for launching a DDoS attack on the PSN, though no personal information was compromised, Sony says. The same group that targeted the PSN also claimed responsibility for the bomb threat that made American Airlines ground a flight Sunday carrying Sony Online Entertainment president John Smedley. The FBI is currently investigating the case.

The DDoS attack also caused Sony to delay Monday's previously scheduled PSN maintenance. No new date for the maintenance has been announced.
