looks nice, but one question,  what is the lighthouse for, seems an odd place for one with mountains on all sides down in that valley.

Great question tastegw, there are several answer I can think of:

*  I didn't realize there are mountains around
*  The lighthouse is an option in the menu
*  I wanted a high tower but there is none in the menu
*  There use to be a sea here
*  I was hoping you'll find a way to open up the mountains to the sea

On a serious note, the setting asks for something high and I could replace it with a bunch of pines but will have to see?

Thanks, what I'm having trouble with now is to decide where to set the sun. Some holes look good others look bland and I don't like setting it too low as it makes the course too dark

The course plays firm fast so the 2nd shot is tricky so don't be long.

It's completely your call and your course looks great but personally... the hole signs just bug me.  As if I'm going to get lost or something lol

In fact I've NEVER seen hole signs like that and have played about 200 golf courses in my life many of them top 20 in the world.

That and the cart object... lots of courses just put these things out there because they're in the designer.  Sometimes the best use is no use

With that said you can put golf carts stuck on top of lighthouses if you want it's your sandbox
