Hi everybody, I'm just trying to get an idea if my crashing experience is similar to others or if I need to look into other things that may be causing my issues.  I really can't beleive the issues I'm experiencing are normal as there would be a much bigger fuss on the forums.

Also, if you could leave a comment with what you voted for and if you are building in the Borreal theme i would be helpful.  Thanks!

I observed that:

• After working in GNCD for 2-3 hours, it starts slowing down in performance (as if window starts swapping memory [12GB RAM avail]).
• After play of about 3-4 18 hole courses the same happens as in 1.
• When i then try to exit the game i often (not allways) get windos "golf.exe has a problem" message. Even in one or 2 occasions i recieved windows "out of memory" message.

As a bypass i restart my game ever 1-2 hours to avoid the crash.

I start out ok, I get about an hour designing in boreal, then the dreaded crash!.... After the first crash it's about 10-15 mins, I give up now until they sort it,
Also happens when testing course in boreal theme in designer.

Only on Boreal Theme I think on another topic hopefully be sorted in next update i Hope so..

Since the Boreal Theme has been crashing all of the time I decided to use the Alpine Theme with a course I had nearly finished. So, I needed to clear a few trees to say the least. Got all the way through the front 9 and it crashed. Just like it had been doing in Boreal. I had one other crash while working in the Links Theme a few weeks ago. Apparently, this isn't strictly a Boreal issue. I sure with they'd figure out the source. I must have sent 200 error reports by now.

Since The Update and crashing bug stopped designing waiting till patch/update comes out,if it carries on ill give the xbox one designer a go,hopefully its improved alot since 1st version.

If the flashed up background picture is of an old autumn course it will crash within minutes, if i play another themed course such as highland, and then start the GNCD with the Highland theme replacing the Autumn in the main menu background i get no crashing at all now.

Just read this thread, nearly 3 years old and the problem still persists.....

Changing the Autumn themed background helped but never cured it for me, every theme it crashes, once the bar gets to halfway it can crash every few minutes, save, save, save and it still catches you out, let's hope tgc2 improves the performance on the Ps4 otherwise what little hair I have left will be going south.
