I would love to see an "urban" theme.  City skyline in the background, houses and apartments around the course.

I've actually heard the Devs mention this before....so watch this space.

maybe adding the background sounds, as in getting rid of the ocean sound, would like to see fish jumping, more animal animation and sounds but also like I read being able to add any kind of bushes/trees/weeds/grass and colors
Over 100 courses Designed

Pike's Swan River
Pike's Scenic Vista
Pike's Red trail Resort

Don't need an entirely new theme to really change the immersion of some courses. Just give me a variety of swampy Cypress trees with Spanish Moss and you'd see some great creations. My upcoming course could really use them, but I'm not going to wait around.
My best courses

-Tanami Desert Links
-El Tesoro Piratas Golf Club
-William's Landing
-BlackBird Creek Golf Links
-TPC Carolina
-Spanish Oaks Golf Club
-Harbour Pointe
-TideWater Plantation

Before releasing a new theme, I'd really like to see an updated Rural, Alpine, and Desert (think Primm Valley or Painted Desert)--adjust colors, add new foliage, etc.. get them up to snuff with the newer themes. Maybe throw Links in there too, but with Highlands now, not so much of a priority.

As for entirely new themes..
Urban would be nice, but I think they could achieve that with just a couple new universal backdrops.

Global assets are all that we would need to have a "Custom" theme. It would also ensure that the current themes not become obsolete.

It's odd to see so many requests for the fantasy themes & elements.

This same forum was the place that absolutely destroyed the TW/Rory series for having fantasy elements...

How about a Ireland theme ;
Fields of Shamrocks,Leprechauns causing mischief,a Guinness on every tee followed by Limericks and Celtic folk music.

( I'm Irish btw )  :)

I'd look at the world top 100 list and figure out which courses can't be built with the current themes.  Pacific west coast seems like the obvious ommission right now.
