I have been wanting to remake my Pebble Beach for a long time. After making Firestone, I felt pretty good with taking it on. Used a lot of the same technics that I did with Firestone, only addition was that I had an old Tiger Woods to play along with, this helped me get all the elevations and greens pretty close. This is my all time favorite golf course, and it was a lot of fun remaking it! Hope you enjoy!
Check out all my course's, listed in the OP of my "friendBOMBER's course catalog" thread in TGC2019 completed courses:

I'll leave others with actual course knowledge to comment more precisely about accuracy. From the pebble beach i was used to on the tiger games, this seems accurate, and many/all holes were instantly recognizable. This course itself looks brilliant,  and the effort obvious. I got a low score to the extent i wonder if the greens were too easy, and maybe didn't slope as much as they do in the actual course. Whatever the case may be, from a tgc viewpoint, i'd say it's one of the better courses in the game for sure.

Incredible course FriendBOMBER, your best work yet, and that's saying a lot with the Hobble Creek & Firestone courses that I rate.

I was going to point out that a fairway tree was missing on the 18th, then Yeltz informed me that it died this past xmas, your attention to detail is simply stellar!  Well done.

I posted a -10 on my first play, will probably never top that score, but I'll certainly try.  This course will be replayed MANY times.  There's finally a challenger to Spyglass for the best Monterey course in TGC!

Cheers, Royce

Beautiful job on this!  Really impressive!

How much do we have to pay for a ProTee version of this one in the 6100-6400 yard range?  :)

You've done something with the Delta theme that I didn't think was possible.  You've done a great job of disguising so many of the telltale signs of the Delta theme, which had to be done for this to work.  It's a great course for sure and I enjoyed playing it.  There were times when I felt like I was playing PB, and others where I wasn't sure where I was.  A number of elevation changes were foreign to me and didn't seem to fit what I've learned from playing this course in the TW series over the years.

I think you also had your hands tied by tree selection.  You got the most out of your "palette" of trees though.  The golf was fun to say the least, I just wish I wasn't having to keep comparing it to Pebble Beach IRL.  That's the added risk of a course recreation though and overall, I'm glad you took this one on!
