Arcadian Springs Golf Club is now open for play.  You have to search for it by name as it has not been added to the HB Official List yet.  It is a Rustic themed course measuring 7,037 yards, par 72.  Green speeds are set at Med Fast (166 on the putting mark)  Fairways and greens are medium firmness.   The course plays through a bunch of spring fed lakes with water coming into play on a number of holes.  The finishing hole is a short par 4 and could provide some heroics to decide a match.

Make sure to post in this thread if you make a Hole in One on the course.  I will add you to the H-I-O Wall of Fame below!

Nice one Keith. Probably your best up to now.
The course playes tricky but fair and is realy not easy. The course layout gives a natural flow where all the holes in layout and concept match one another. The narrow fairways matchup with the wider 1st cut around them and most bunkers only come into play on errant shots. What i did like most is that difficulty is where it belongs, on the greens. Superb sculpting there. Guess i did not have one single easy put.
Planting is consequently in the nonplaying areas and is done excellent. The many details look amazing and complete the overall impression of this very pleasant course.
One point i'd like to mention where you have room for improvement is, - guess -, the 1st cut. You obviously "copy-pasted" your fw/green patches and multi applied or even slightly enlarged your 1st cut patches. This is much improved, compared the som other courses of yours. But just here on this one the areas around the greens that you modeled excellent just cry for some 1st cut supporting the terrains slopings. This is ment as a constructive critic.
The other thing that would have made the course a clear top notch is the marking of the hazards. I know its cosmetical only. But if you stand on the T of the par 3 and SEE all the yellow and red sticks standing there you kind of feel different...
Overall a very good work you did there and a clear 9 imo.

Thanks for the play and the feedback Ursus.  Unfortunately after I published I thought about the hazard markers.  I have another course in the works so I will have to remember to put them on that course.

Regarding the 1st cut, I have been using the same method for a while now of placing down fairway and then just enlarging the brush to lay down the rough.  The only thing I have really done differently the last 2-3 courses is to surround the bunkers with light rough instead of the heavy rough.  That has allowed for a larger 1st cut but also lets me place the bunkers closer to the edge of the fairway/greens.

Nice work, pretty course, definitely not tremendously easy on the first go around.
Courses Created:
Coastal Taipan
Rattlesnake Pointe
Bethpage State Park Black Course
Glen Abbey GC
Horned Viper GC (Gold Tees)
Thousand Islands Golf and CC

Why do i play with a female avatar? Because I would rather look at an ugly female than a pretty male.....

Shot a 69 in light winds, but I could see this being a tough test in moderate and above. Very attractive course and a good example of what can be done in the Rustic theme. The course becomes more difficult as you progress. Voted 9 and recommended.
