Not a particularly strong showing for me but I thoroughly enjoyed it.  These tours continue to prove that this community is producing a ridiculous amount of excellent content, many of these I'd have barely noticed... Go play and go beat this pathetic score :)

The Rolls of Kohala: -2
Wolfthorn Grove: E
Maple Valley Golf & Country Club: -2
Wild Goose Run Country Club: E
TGC @ Hicksville: -2
Le golf des vacheries: E
Total: -6

They were pretty low I believe.  Lovely 3 holes you put out there, I played that course pretty well as the conditions were familiar to me, some of the slow greens were killers tbh

Well I matched your -2 on the first 3 holes. Beautiful work Mav!

Beat you by a stroke at Wolfthorn. Very well done once again.

You destroyed me third round. (I hit the drink on the first tee lol) I have two questions for hockey: Where is the rough? And why so slooooooow? You are entitled to design whatever you want, but holy crap lol. Other than those two things, your course looks and plays fine.

We tied again on round 4. Great designing Ramjet.

Once again a deuce on my own course. (GREAT DESIGNING DERPY! (YOUR WELCOME DERPY) (lol))

And lastly (another tie *sigh*) I enjoyed my 3 holes on Ursus' course.

VERY tough vote IMHO. Could easily be 4 even 5 getting a lot of votes in this crowd. With that said, I will not be voting, as my course is on here, so I don't want to just vote mine and call it a day, I will leave the others to vote.

For those wanting to post scores you can copy or quote this post and fill in the scorecard:

The Rolls of Kohala: -2 can't believe I hit my own tree on 9. Spoilt a good course my overuse of trees, they serve a purpose but are too much.

Wolfthorn Grove : E I'm off to play this course now looks so good but plays even better. Could be a real gem

Maple Valley Golf & Country Club : +1 why when I get the dreaded 92% is it a water hole. Another lovely looking course with good design. Would have liked to have seen a bit of rough for blends sake -the wolfthorn rough would have looked great - and some trees were excessively big which look not so good on ps4graphics

Wild Goose Run Country Club: another great looking course. Not sure u would have rocks like that very often but it does looks really good. Possibly the fairway tone doesnt quite fit the rest of the course too, looks like it been sprayed recently lol. Holes 2 & 3 are excellent

TGC @ Hicksville: a few issues that arnt really relevant as not real life but I always take that into account. The start of the fairways are maybe a little too far away 2 may even be unreachable with a big headwind. The holes with water while good holes didn't have any way of crossing, I think although meaningless it's nice to take things like that into account. The planting around the 1st green was really nice but u wouldn't have that surface so close to the green. Again meaningless but course designer have to take these things on board. Lots of potential here.

Le golf des vacheries: finally some undulations we don't see enough in the game. My kind of course nice to see the rough a bit different than the usual 4 clicks. Not sure about the level up on 2 lol but still really good.
Total: -3 I'm ignoring my shocking golf ATM as either my pad or the game isn't right.  I shall gove all these great courses a play when I get the chance.

Cheers Mav, thanks for posting your thoughts, one of the main aims of these tours is to provide a fun and welcoming place for designers of any level to share their work.  For it to be of most benefit of said designers we need more people to do this :)

Cheers taste, that's a pretty good score. Loved your course, looking forward to seeing the finished product. You'd better have it done in 28 days time... Especially if you win the voting :-D

TGC @ Hicksville: a few issues that arnt really relevant as not real life but I always take that into account. Thanks for the criticism but on my three showcase holes there was always a path to the next fairway. Of course, it may be a long path that goes around a water body, but it is a path nonetheless. I want to make my course look nice in dull areas and because it isn't 'realistic' you don't like it? I plan on doing it more, maybe not as close to the main surfaces, but there are a lot of real courses that have a very very long rough along with the traditional heavy rough and 1st cut. My bad for trying to replicate that. As for the possibly unreachable fairways, I have played that hole with a headwind and reached with ease. You can normally hit a 3 wood into the shorter right side without any wind which means a driver with a headwind will do the same.
Thanks for the insight though Mav, I tend to reply to everyone that challenges the thought process to my designing.

I wouldn't take any criticism to heart or even apologise for how you have designed a course (that isn't what a reviewer is after).  We all have things we like to see and don't like to see and given only a handful of people you'll find contradictions in what makes a good course. I believe Mav quite enjoyed it and was looking for a few points that came to mind, he probably didn't pan the camera around to see if there was a long walk to get there... or maybe that just looked too long to him... It's such a subjective thing.

When doing something subjective like rating a course we all make snap judgements on one thing or another and I personally want to hear if someone says 'oh yeah true you can play it like that... But if you hadn't told me I'd have thought it was a design flaw'. Maybe next time there is something that can be done to hold the players hand a little in some way to guide them without need for an actual guide.  I'm talking proper generic here, but you can't help marking a negative against a course even if there is nothing wrong with what the designer has done... It's just human nature.

For what it's worth you'll get a decent review from me, I really enjoyed the course... Doesn't mean I won't have a few pointers although nothing comes to mind right now, I'll do a more detailed second play through
