Been playing a lot of "Tour Pro" rounds with green grids and wind meter off.. pretty fun and im starting to notice that you can determine wind speeds by how much trees sway in over head view combined with the sound.

Thanks for the info about tree sway in overhead view.  Will check that out along with using the wind sound next time I play

What is inverted swing? Is that available on consoles or just p.c.?  Also I've read that game looks better on p.c. is that true? May get a budget type gaming p.c.
Im on PS 4 but inverted swing is the regular swing that comes with the game I believe... if you switch it to normal it will start ball flight off of golf physics, as in inside to outside swing outside to inside swing...creating draw and fade.

Sorry if this structure is crazy I'm using voice to text

I don't get how turning the wind off makes it more realistic, IRL you can at least gauge the wind by feeling it blow, here you have to wait for the flyover to complete just to look at the flag, and who the hell has time for that! ...instead of turning the wind off play a round without the flop shot, if you have a 25 yd shot into the green use the pitch in a granular fashion, its not that difficult, but at least you risk messing it up, flop is a guaranteed shot to safety with or without aids.
To be honest I just turned it off to see if it would be possible for me to play it without the indicator and its pretty similar

Click the pause button on your controller at any time to get a look at the flag on the green.  By judging how hard the flag is waving you can get a rough idea of the wind speed.  Just as good as tossing some grass in the air in real life.
