I was doing a search of Golf Courses and entered term TPC. I found a 1 hole at 17th Hole at TPC Sawgrass. That  is one tough green. I did not record my tee shot, but it landed on the wood edge. When I saw my golfer flickering, I thought that was weird. I changed camera angles and could not find my golfer. I looked up and my golfer was floating above green. I almost holed out.

Yeah, unfortunately it's a side effect of letting people design any type of course.
We have no idea where the ball will land, so have to rely on IK technology to place the player and select a stance.
Sometimes it can't decide what to do and returns some weird values making this happen.

Can you explain this better? What types?

Any type. Literally.

Retaining walls and stones are tricky.
