I recorded game play at Eastcote House 9 Hole Course. 7 holes were recorded. The last 2 holes I had a par and birdie. So I finished 1 over. With heart trouble, you can only play so much. What you see is what you get. I have leveled out. Sometimes I can do a couple under par. But most of the time I am over par. So there is no fun.

Just keep at it - it will come. I look at it from a different perspective - as others do as well. It`s not always fun to be under par. Look at it as a challenge to beat par. I love it that way! Relax and enjoy - it will happen.   :)

You need to start hitting 100% consistently. Let the back swing finish, wait for another 0.5 sec or so (you should notice the golfer "freeze"), then move briskly forward.

I was going to say the same as McBogga, seems like you are swinging to quickly and thats why you are hitting all your shots at around 90% rather than 100%. You're also not working out the distances correctly as the wind and whether the pin is above and below you have a significant effect on how far the ball will go.

Lastly you might just need to set your expectations a bit lower. This isn't Tiger Woods where anyone can shoot -15 every round and there are plenty of players on, even on TGCTours (http://tgctours.com/) that shoot over par in the tournaments.
