CGT Angels Vase - Day Two

We've had a rather slow opening couple of days over at Angels Plateau with just 6 completions. Top of the rather small tree right now are Rollmeaway and Alinquist who both thudded impressive -14's to stamp some clear early authority on this one. Top designer Jezholme posted a sharply executed -10 to establish himself in third, with very casual player Foxy recording an excellent -6 to hold 4th. Bky808 posted a creditable -1 for 5th, while Milamx occupies 6th with a determined +6. Cheers to all competitors.

Three days remain here, lets hope things liven a little before we crown our champion on Sunday. More reporting from the Angels Plateau on Saturday as we assess all the action from day 3 and 4.

CGT Angels Vase - Day Four

As we head into the final 24 hours of the AV Open a new leader has emerged. Grizzly's blistering -19 currently thwarting all challengers. Rollme and Alin are tied for 2nd at -14, Ramjet grabs 4th with a very tidy -12 and Jezholme completes our top five on sub 10.

CGT events have seen many a dramatic late charge over the concluding weekend, can anyone muster a similar surge to take the honours this time around? Final day report tomorrow will reveal all.

CGT Angels Vase Open - Day Five

After a week of competitive, entertaining and challenging Golfing action at the charming Angels Plateau, our worthy winner emerges. That guileful -19 performance from Grizzly was enough to maintain his lead and earn him the CGT Angels Vase Open title. Very well played, fine effort.

That aforementioned late surge did arrive over the weekend, but Xtremefury's proficient 15 below wasn't quite enough to usurp our champion. Rollme and Alin had to settle for a tied third spot after recording very creditable -14's. Ramjet completes our top five and Jezholme achieved 6th with a solid -10. The CGT performance of the week however came in from full on casual Foxy, whose excellent seventh placed sub 6 belies her light experience. And here's the rest of the CGT AV Open top 10.
