It looks like it's coming along nicely.  I did notice that there is no rough off the fairway and you still have the hard line.  Rough is much easier to add as you add fairway.  You can leave the same shape exactly where it is and then just change the texture from fairway to rough and click it 3-4 times and it will perfectly add rough to your fairway.  You can always add more in free form later, but this method gives you a more polished look.  Just a suggestion trying to help you out.

I know that there's no rough, and there's a simple reason for that: I had no time. With how long the fairways took to plan out and put down, especially with the terrain, I felt like leaving it out on my first sweep-through of the course.

Not sure if I will even add in the light rough, it may be a heavy rough-only course, so I want to lay down all 18 fairways before messing with the rough.

Since the majority of the draw to this course will be terrain and rockwork that's what I'll be focusing on early. With my plan of putting up an update every 24 hours of in-game work, some screenshots will look unfinished.

Ok, I was just trying to make it easier for you.  ROCKWORK?  I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Thanks for the kind words and congrats on 1000 posts. And yeah, this'll challenge me, never attempted a course with this type of elevation/terrain work and it's the first time I've gone for a course that is meant to support f&f settings.

EDIT: I've decided to name the course King's Hideaway in honor of the undoubted king of golf, Arnold Palmer.

Info (after 48 hours of work):

Name: King's Hideaway GC (FINAL)

Yards (from tips): 7905 (FINAL)

Yards (playing distance): 7575

Green Speed: 172 ft (FINAL)

Firmness: Firm (is less than it was though)

Surfaces:
Sand-Surface 6
Green-Surface 15
Fairway-Surface 8
Light Rough-Surface 6
Heavy Rough-Surface 13

Progress:

-All 18 holes playable and laid out with green and fairway. I had wanted to get at least heavy rough down before I hit the 48 hour mark but that didn't happen.
-Advanced sculpting throughout plot, background still needs a bit of work
-Out of bounds placed along beach
-Small amount of trees placed on 18
-35 bunkers placed (yeah, there's only gonna be 35 bunkers on this course)

Up Next:
I am hoping to get the rest of the plot sculpted first. Still working on ground-based visuals for some holes as well. Then, placement of rough textures will be in order. Hopefully that will take me close to the 72 hour mark.

This one's sat on the backburners for a while. Had no clue what to do with it for most of October and took me the entire month to find a style for this course that I like. Well, it's been another 24 hours in the books here, so here's another one of these things.

Info (after 72 hours of work):

Name: Harrowers Cove GC (FINAL)

Yards (from tips): 7905 (FINAL)

Yards (playing distance): 7275

Green Speed: 170 ft (FINAL)

Firmness: Firm (FINAL)

Surfaces:
Sand-Surface 6
Green-Surface 15
Fairway-Surface 8
Light Rough-Surface 6
Heavy Rough-Surface 13

Progress:

All light rough done. Holes 1-7 and 17 have visuals/planting/rocks done, 8 had some work done but is incomplete.

Up Next: Aesthetics on the rest of the holes, have to figure out what in the world I want to do with the heavy rough. After that, it is finally time for this project to start wrapping up.
