I have read several conflicting comments on the issue of accessing your in-progress, unpublished TGC1 courses for further work in the TGC2 course editor.  Do you, or do you not, have to publish the unfinished courses first in TGC1?  Or will the unfinished courses be automatically available in the new course editor>  I would prefer NOT to be forced to publish courses that I really haven't finished.

I read somewhere that you'll have to use TGC1 to finish UNPUBLISHED courses started in TGC1 creator first .... so my guess is that you'll have to publish and push from TGC1 to the server in order to see it on TGC2.

It's definitely not automatic, but it was on one of the streams

Never used the GNCD, for TGC1,

My understanding is if you don't buy TGC2 but continue to design in TGC1 you cannot publish those courses to TGC2?

In TGC2 it's a completely new thing.  Also I don't think it's called GNCD anymore for TGC2.

But don't all published courses go to a server data base?

Can a TGC1 design be emailed to a TGC2 owner, who then puts that file in the appropriate folder in TGC2 and then publish it?

I haven't tried it but I think you can do it on PC.

You can do that but at what cost to you the original designer?

The person you email it to may have to change.alter soe things which will make it no longer your course.
