From what i understand, there is no MG anymore..

If that were true I would think HB would be a little more forthcoming about what is going on. Alan stated things were going on behind closed doors with both parties. But we have no idea when things for TGC2 and the future will be back on.

OK, not disagreeing with you however i have not seen that statement and my understanding is that MG is either gone or going.. I agree, we all want the same thing...as i alluded to in another thread.

Holing out in the cup of another hole doesn't work correctly. Easy to check - fire up my Muirfield Manor course (which has 3/4 holes going to each green) and hit a putt into a wrong hole - it makes you replay the shot, rather than, as it should, place the ball next to the cup you holed incorrectly in.

Ok,this is getting ridiculous.A friend and I are trying to play a game and we can't because I have zero friends showing. We're both sitting on the tee but I can't add him because I have zero friends showing as playing. It's been about 10 min with us on the tee and still 0 friends. I can't add him. This happens often.

If you have auto add friends on and tell him the course and tees he will be added to your game. The other way is if he goes to his notifications he can see what course you just joined then follow you and once in he can copy your set up and then tee off. Until they give us notifications back this is how I get around it.

Nope.  It does not work like that.  I also have been experiencing this issue recently with what started out to be with only one of my friends.  I only always see him as "Online" and never as "Playing" as I never see him...ever!  We checked everything having to do with his settings, my settings, Steam settings...we've done everything.  Nothing has ever fixed this.  I even asked a couple of my friends to add him to their friends and see what they saw with him.  Everyone that did this for me saw the same thing.  Him only showing as "Online" never "Playing" and never could see him in an actual round.  Notifications never show for any of us when he began a round either.  Definetly in the game bug.

Now (today is March 6th 2018) for about a week ALL FRIENDS show in game as "Online" and never as "Playing" therefore I can never join them.  The only difference is now, when a fiends starts a round I do see the notification and can join them if I catch it in time. If I do not catch it in time I can't join them because in the multiplayer section everyone is only "Online" and not "Playing".  I know he's playing because I saw the notification when he started the round and/or we are on TeamSpeak together.

Please everyone check this out and see if anyone else is seeing the same thing.  All your friends showing in game status as "Online" only and never as "Playing" as we can play with them.

It's the only way we can play with people in this game and now we can't do that because it's broken!

It would even be Ok if they hadn't killed the "invite" function when the last update happened. Before that 1 person started and just invited everyone else.
