Make sure the name you are using in game matches what's in your profile on the TGC Tours main site. It will be under Xbox Gamertag/PS4 PSN/Steam.  These must match exactly. I know that spaces count, I am assuming it is case sensitive  as well. But only the field for the platforms you play on have to have an entry. I play on PC and the XB  and PS4 fields are blank. But my steam name is correct so that's all that counts for me.
