Reposting my original post as it was closed down without any reason. No email or explanation as to why.
If this is the way the devs treat us the people that are paying their wages fair be it.

The list of bugs, inconsistent chipping , backspin or the lack of it, game freezing or crashing out completely etc etc
1: You can play the exact same shot twice, the first time the wind has no effect either left or right or altering distance towards or away from the flag depending on direction, the second time you get backspin or the wind takes effect, so you`re basically gambling on the outcome, negating the skill level - unacceptable
2: The amount of times you loose connection to the servers and have to restart depending on which mode you are playing - unacceptable
3: Constant freezing and game crashing out, most annoying and frustrating when after completing the final round of the 10 round season on hard difficulty (season champion achievement ), which as anyone who is playing the game knows is very time consuming. The first attempt was done over 2 sessions and 2 days, the second attempt was in one sitting. - unacceptable
4: The participation achievement , unable to view results in tournaments I`ve completed, even in the official societies events - for events that completed days ago the message on screen says "event closing soon" or something similar - unacceptable.
5: Handicap has reset on me twice, the first time on the fifth round whilst going for the initial handicap , the second time when I was at +3 - unacceptable
6: How many courses do you need to favourite to get the favourite 10 courses achievement ? currently at 16 - unacceptable
7: Reach level 10 in career mode game crashed and lost money whilst upgrading from level 9 to 10, now I have insufficient funds and at the rate the game gives out money will take a fair amount of time to recover - unacceptable
8: Course challenges - it seems that any challenge that involves playing a round from a specific coloured tee or a specific round pin location wont unlock - unacceptable
There`s probably more but my mind has gone numb with frustration, I have spoke to a few people on Xbox live and they are experiencing some if not all the issues I`ve addressed here, so it is not an isolated case - and there is a lot of complaints on these forums aswell.
I was looking forward to this game especially as I enjoyed the first incarnation, but I feel let down with the standard of the game , how on earth did this get thru play testing and quality control. And apparently has been patched, god knows what state the game was in before.
I feel like it was a complete waste of money and my time and effort in trying to enjoy the game.
I don't expect a reply or even the devs to read this , but I just wanted to share my frustration with fellow gamers
