How do I save my favorite unbelievable shots; (not that I have that many). Then how do I replay them?

After the shot you want to save, hit the menu button and choose Watch Replay.   From there hit the menu button again and choose Favorite Replay to save it.  To watch it, when you are on the Profile Screen, tab to the 2nd screen (Golfer) and the third option down is Replays.
