My par 3 course project

Hey guys. I put aside my other projects for a while to work on a par 3 course for the HB contest. As I play our local par 3 course (North Las Vegas Municipal) about once a month or so, I had been hoping to create a similar golf course for TGC. My TGC course will share many attributes with the local muni including length (1,199 yards), total number of bunkers (4), fairway speed (super slow) and green shape/size (tiny ovals).
I have also been wanting to try my hand at doing a tropical island design, so I figured now would be a good time. Inspired by a visit to Kauai a few years ago I was looking to create something similar to the north shore of the island...maybe just past Hanalei. So I built the island. Then a small airport. And a hotel. An office building. Roads to connect them all. A perimeter fence around the airport. Oh what the heck, lets do a mini-storage place across the street. Before you know it , I had built out the entire island only leaving a very small section of the foothills above the storage facility untouched.
It is hands down the best piece of land I have created thus far on TGC. The course is very simplistic in nature but the views are fantastic. I haven't come up with a name yet. It's pretty much done at this point. Just a lot of beta testing with maybe a little tweak here or there.
Here are some pictures that I took last night:

Some more...
Decided against the waterfalls in the first pic. They were just too resource heavy.

Thanks guys. I think it's pretty much done now. Still haven't come up with a name though.
