I realize this only effects a small percentage of players, but I would guess that the small percentage plays nearly as many rounds as the others.  We need a more difficult swing option. The game is too easy for people that play often and it's hard to stay interested in the game (playing and designing) when ridiculously low scores are so easy to achieve.

My Christmas wish is for an update that includes a hardcore swing mode. The tour club set with a swing that you feel is so ridiculously sensitive on all shot types (INCLUDING PUTTING), that nobody could handle it.  I guarantee in a month, the elite  5-10%  will have managed to break par.

____

This is a direct request to the HB Devs. If you would like to see a tougher swing option then please reply with your support of the idea.

If you disagree, then you are not in the target demographic and there is no need to voice your opinion since it has zero negative effect on your life whatsoever. The Hardcore mode would offer no advantage over any club set. In fact, it is a complete disadvantage and only applies to those of us that want a more challenging experience with the game. It's an option you can just ignore and there is literally no reason to be opposed to it.

Note: any off topic post to the effect of "fix this other thisng first" or " devs don't need to waste time on this when they should focus on blah blah blah" will do nothing but prove to the world that you are everything that is wrong with the internet.  This is my agenda, start your own thread to promote your agenda.

I support this, but instead of a more difficult option per say, one that "just" produces realistic dispersion would go a long way!

Not having propre physics, complete golfrules and a swing that depends ONLY on the players movement anything in this (later well desirable) direction is a total waste of energy.

Perhaps they might offer what of I think of as a "hickory clubs" option--something with the distance of the standard clubs but with the sensitivity of the tour clubs.

Playing TST is pretty HC for me. Shot 6 over R1 in this week's tournament then shot 6 under R2. I lose my swing all the time. Then like real golf I putt well the my driver goes or vice versa.

That being said I would like an option for a harder swing.

I really wish we had a overswing. That would have really made the game better. Combine that with no lofting past your PW and only delofting 9 iron and up and you have something pretty solid.

yes a hardcore mode with the swing challenge of the old hardest swing difficulty without the uploft.  an overswing area would be nice as well.  would make all the difference for those that like the challenge.

I can see it now people saying “ I play on hardcore mode those that don’t are all pussies because you can’t”  people are calling anything other than Tour Clubs baby clubs and that’s gonna make the problems worse.

I support this.  But it's not just the swing - you have to get rid of the dial-a-distance loft grid too.

Agree 100%, but only if they incorporate over-swing and a choke down mechanism. Baby steps.
