just a quick note to anyone who has been wondering about the a.i. player list for career mode.  a friend of mine suggested waiting until I leveled up to level 10 in career mode before starting and, I'm glad he did.  i went back in and checked the player list and there are many more top flight / name editable players available after your career reaches level 10 (which is the maximum). you certainly wouldnt want to start editiing a.i. player names only to find out a few seasons in that some really good a.i. players are now available.   the highest a.i. player at level 10 is a +9.0.  that guys got to be tough. okay now to start career mode and to join in on tgctours as ive also heard that they have an automatic detection system in place for "straight line shooters" and, scores upload automatically and,  the system for working your way into different tiers was expalined to me.
  enjoying the game.

Don't Rate me as a good player but i find the AI even on Very Hard still not good enough on most RCR's courses i play them against,Why its linked to the HCP of course is beyond me,just need a slider so can adjust to your level.

interesting.  well I think I'm going to dabble in it anyway as I would love to set up a good faux pga type season.  hopefully it plays out well.  also,    I'm going to restart up with tgc tours.  a friend of mine told me how they have the auto score posting and, the anti straight line check stuff in place.  two things that in my opinion they definitely needed to be successful.  not sure if I want to do the tst or requalify for the standard way yet.  who knows maybe I will do both.   seems like a really positive setup .  I'm glad someone took the effort to put that together for the game.

another thing though,  if you play with all of the assists/ shot information off it may be where it needs to be challenge wise.  I like playing this way anyway, makes you think about your shot more.

Yep you can get a good tournament going with aids off, need to play some courses TGC tours have played it brings the HCP down a little.Just hate the career mode when your leading after 2 rounds and you check scoreboards and another 60-70 AI players to tee off,and they appear on leaderboard from no where.

i would not be so certain TGC tours catch all the cheaters Very murky world especially on ps4 some of the scoring.

well. we can see how it goes, right?  all types in the world.  like someone once told my friends and I online.  if you're not going to "straight line" you're not going to compete.  probably truth in that but at least they have a method in place to combat that kind of stuff as best they can.  as long as its enjoyable I would give it my time.  we'll see.  whew as for career mode. I maxed it to level 10 before beginning.  now there's 300 names to edit. :).     see how this goes as well. I have high hopes. of adding old timers, current players and a few of my local buddies to the list.

thank you for the player screens yeltzman.  I assume you're placing tiger at the top because of how he played in his prime??   :)  interesting..

i used a website who ranked the greatest 200 players of all time, some i do not agree with EG i will always think Tom watson better than Phil Mickleson but all down to opinion, so does not really matter just easier to edit going of a list.

In my mind Watson is the far better player. He beat Jack head to head in his prime. Phil couldn't touch Tiger.
