I think its about 120 feet from the clubhouse to the lowest point. I wouldn't call it flat. Mostly the greens and bunkers are inspired by Augusta. I'm not going for a rip off of Augusta though, I'm using the countryside theme.

Looks can be decieving. Really like the no rough fringe bunkers!
