I published a course called Indian Valley Golf Campus. Once published, I went in to give it a play. I created 2 pin sets (I thought) until I came to hole #9. For some reason, it pointed me to another hole altogether.  Frankly, I have no idea what went wrong and I'm not the kind of individual who will repeatedly publish the same course multiple times. I went back to edit mode to see if I could find out what went wrong and it appears in the course starting options that there are 4 pin sets, not two.  I went from hole to hole to add the additional pin set but do not know what went wrong. Don't suggest that you try to play this course as it will forever be in your resumable folder. I would like to hear from some experienced designers what could have possibly gone wrong.

i assume you mean TGC2 this is the TGC1 forum,It happens when another tee maybe the Red Tee is close to the green on the Hole before.You have say Pin 2 hole 8 on hole 9 etc.All you need to do is delete the hole,place the Pins first,then just add the tees later.Just save before you alter the course just in case..

bit like this problem at lytham as you can see,says hole 17 pin 3 but its the flag on hole 16 hope it helps,if not just send a message

just delete hole or holes were problem is,create new holes,place 2 pins,then the new tees then just re-number hole in hole setting.



It was suppose to be patched in TGC2,but we all know how problems with a patch and HB turned out.

Yes TGC2 and thank you very much. I did go in and saw that hole#9 had a #10 flag on it. I think I added a pin and then moved my cursor back to the previous hole(#9) and clicked add pin. Good to know what not to do going forward.
