I am looking to build an exact recreation of my home course in TGC so that I can play on my simulator. Looking to hire an experienced course creator that can design a close replica to how the course actually plays (I can give all necessary info and details).

wouldn't you better waiting for TGC 2019 to be released with i gather will be playable on sims (you need to ask a sim player to confirm this) have have it designed in tgc2/2019.

Also if you take your time in the designer the best person to do the course would be yourself,if its really a course you want to play only you really got the passion for that course,Just take your time with designer and the course will come.Time is the biggest factor.

A solid RCR takes anywhere between 60-120h of work. Exceptional ones more than that I think.

I'm a sim player without time.  Having no idea of the market/skill level, I would pay around $500 for a relatively accurate version of my home course.  More if very precise.
