But...I used a ton of sunken trees on this one, so I'm feeling like this course may be sunk when it ports over.
Fingers crossed it's not too bad....but with all new trees... :'(

Anyway, here's a few pics. Not released yet but basically ready to go.

Matt! Buddy! Looks absolutely stunning!

IMO this looks like a “whatever it takes” course to develop. I have no skill or experience in the designer, but I figure the guy who gave us Turu Wero can do just about anything. This one I think deserves whatever is required in 2019.  Cheers!
How did I make a twelve on a par five hole? It's simple - I missed a four foot putt for an eleven.

This will be an absolutely stunning course, no doubt about that. Just had to say though that Turo Wero as far as i know is a Reeb course. I think it was a contest course so possibly some collaboration was done between the two designers.

That said, another course that is an exclusive of Matt's is El Pistolero. Shameless plug.

Definitely watching for this release. Cheers.

Hey thanks guys. And both of you guys are correct, Turu Wero was a collaboration between Reeb and I for the HB Collab contest. In case anyone was wondering how my courses got better so fast...working with Reeb will do that!
I have 3 courses in TGC currently in addition to sharing Turu: The Silverback, El Pistolero (thanks Vic) and The Sleeping Giant.

El Pistolero is a five-star favorite in my course list.  I really enjoyed the coastal Baja feel and it plays well with both Player and Tour clubs.

(NB: that doesn't mean that I scored well, it just means that it plays well from a strategic golf point of view!)

Must play Silverback when I get back home.

For me the Congo was the course of the year!!!  Matt has a unique style for these wide open links style courses, and Imo along with reeb was designer of the year, great attention to detail it's a absolute tragedy that neither Matt or Reeb didn't have none of there courses as hb official

Yup... totally agree....  Gongo got my vote over at TGCTours for course of the year.
I also voted for Reeb as designer OTY & Karma as Community Member OTY for his tireless photography contribution.
Good luck to all of you guys.
