Yep, understand and it's all down to a matter of personal preference.  I have really long fingers and thumbs, and my thumb has to double up and come in at a more severe angle to get atop the DS4's left stick.

I’m a left hand and left thumb stick player with long fingers, and I prefer the Xbox controller. I have tried swinging with the right stick but don’t like the position of it.

The variety of opinions we're getting on this here illustrate just how subjective this issue is and makes me appreciate the fact that we have options to accommodate all preferences here.

I also love how people just accept that their way can not be the way that is the preferred one (like I understand that I am in the minority that uses the right stick)

I wouldn’t say your in the minority I’ve read a good few posts on here that say a few people use the right stick but they use the pinch technique forefinger at the front and thumb at the back.

I suspect the xb1 controller is more difficult. I might go back to xb1 this time around. If there's course transfer issues i'll still play tgc2 on the ps4 anyway. Alot of courses may take time to transfer. There's a possibilty of sorts that some may not transfer.
