So i'm the guy who got tgc19 last week when it slipped onto the xbox store.
I was advised today by HB kieth to uninstall and reinstall my copy to try and get online to work.
I couldn't redownload the game so I assumed I would have to wait til 12.

Well it's now 12 and on the xbox store and it wants me to purchase again.
For £45 I paid £40 last week and have no access to the game I purchased.
I have not been refunded my £40. I am now just -£40 and without the game.

Can this please be remedied immediately.

I would contact MS immediately, tell them what happened and get them to refund your money so you can purchase it again.

Xbox help will sort that for you Dog......just have to give them another fiver.

I would definitely contact Xbox about that.

To be fair, I did not advise you to do that for you not being able to go online.  I said for those with the game crashing, they could try re-installing to fix that.  Someone posted that worked for them on the forums so I was passing that along to any one else whose game was crashing.
