Does the slider work as intended for fairmway/green firmness this time around as intended?

Just tested muirfield with

max firm max roll out drive went....296 with medium clubs

soft and no roll out went------281 with same clubs.

Still not keen on the lighting,gets to dark and light to quick i feel.

Is the max firm really firm? I was hoping we would get a really firm burnt out setting for some crazy links courses.

Only a 15 yards differential between the max soft & firm settings? 

It would be great if this could be ramped up so that it made you consider club selection, especially on the tee.  IRL, a drive could be expected to roll out a minimum of 30 or 40 yards when the fairways are firm and fast.  Only 15 is a joke.

i may be wrong but i think the 0.1 on rollout is 1 yard.

i think the game conditions suit links courses well,hitting approaches into the greens,Got to say i know some say the courses are looking great but i can't stand the trees look awful to me,

Yeah. Trees are goopy and the colours are way to pastel. Hopefully they will be upgraded at some point.

Just an FYI in case people haven't found it yet, but BUNKERS also now have both firmness and roll settings which can be adjusted to simulate various types of sand! Pretty dang cool!
