Had a good play around with the themes and weather options and it looks like the snow/winter theme has been removed from the game. Bit of a shame as I thought it added some variety (plus I have a couple of neat winter courses I can't port over now).
Interestingly I've seen a course search filter option for 'winter courses' ... odd that this is a search option but you can't actually make a winter course. Wonder if this is a sign that additional content will be added at a later date?...
