Seems to always be greyed out in 2019. How do you see other courses by a designer you like now?

I found it this way. Search the course. Once the course appears press right on the D pad. The course should appear highlighted. Now press triangle or y on the XBox controller. The old menu should appear like in TGC2. Leaderboard report course others by designer etc. This should help.
