If I built a robot that I know and has been proven by science to produce the exact same swing each time, same power, same tempo,same strength on the joystick, then yes of course I'd expect the swing to be exact each time - in a controlled environment where no external interference could ever exist.
Is this practical for a game? No. Are you calling yourself a robot? Sounds like it to me but you have to accept that you are human and your human input is not going to be exact every time. Early's input was not exact. Consistent? Yes but that's possible for a human to do. Not everyone otherwise everyone would be scoring exactly the same but that doesn't happen because...oh yeah I'm going there....we are human. End of.
