I am wondering does the designer set the wind speed or is it set by default based upon the theme.  If its based on theme, does anyone know what the default wind speed is for each ? Thanks.

It's just random some themes i think have a higher limit highlands and Tropical can get up 30mph.No idea on other themes i assume Desert is the lowest but that is just a guess.Would like it to random gust a bit more especially on the Links,but understand that is not for everybody,especially in society play.
