My frustrations led me to purchase a new XBOX console because of the continued problems I have with Golf 2019.  Game works great, but I am part of a large group of friends playing online and I crash every time I try to play an online game with friends.  New console.  Internet download speeds over 120 Mbps.  Before the new console, I tried all the suggestions - cache clear, MAC address clearing, rebooting, etc. etc. etc.  Now I am getting a connection drop every time and also have seen an error code of HB-NE 3101 indicating an "unknown network error".

Anyone else seen this or have any suggestions??  If not, do you know how I can contact HB Studios directly?  Thanks!

Are you playing on a wired or wifi connection?  A WiFi connection can be disrupted by outside interference from CB/Police/Fire radio, stray electrical voltage, among other things.  If you’re using a wired connection try replacing the physical wiring to your router with a high speed cable,
I hope this helps.

Using WiFi but connection speeds are really strong.  Guess I should get a long cable and connect directly to router/modem and see if I still have the issue.  Thanks for responding.............any other suggestions?
