Crash to Desktop after every 3-6 Holes

I recently bought TGC 2019 and was enjoying it, unfortunately i keep having Crash to Desktop Errors from the Unity engine, making the game unplayable. Depending on luck i can manage to play 3 to 6 or 7 Holes before this happens.

The crash dump and error logs are available and can be provided if necessary. The error message recorded in the log file states

"golf.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module golf.exe at 0033:00000001"

I'm running the game over steam, windows 10, amd ryzen 5 1500x, 16gb RAM, Geforce 1060 ti 3gb.

Already tried to narrow it down by testing various settings ingame, including setting the Graphics to lowest, playing the game with keyboard / mouse instead of a controller, tried different drivers for my graphics card ( the most recent one and three older variants ), online or offline mode, different courses and so forth with no luck, the Problem stays the same.

Please get back to me on that, after spending 40$ i would really like to be able to at least play the game. When it works its great, but i got fed up with the crashes as you can imagine. Your help would be much appreciated.

After messaging the hb team on facebook, via email and finally on here, i haven't any form of response.

Apparently, customers who already paid for a product are useless to them. I can understand that their team is probably very busy dealing with all sorts of things, but having someone at least look at and respond to a customer support request in the timeframe of one week should be possible.

so 40$ later and owning a game i can't play, I've learned that this was the first and last time i bought a hb studios product.
