Hi all

I read some comments that you could republish your course if you made a change in a forum.  Although I tested my course with the paly test in the designer mode, as soon as I published and played i say a fence panel on a pathway - no idea how it got there.

Now I have 4 of the same course published.  I am pretty sure that no one will have played them, can i delete them, of can someone at HB do it?  I can only really find old messages on this topic and I am hoping that this can happen.  Seems absolutely pointless to have 4 of the same course on the platform, just wasting server space.

I agree 100% Phil....  but unfortunately not.  We designers have been asking for this ability since the first TGC game.  Supposedly you can get HB to delete them now, but I haven’t heard anyone confirm this.

I managed to get an answer, after sending messages to everyone listed in HB in the directory.  Here it is.....

TGC ProTee is not our product. It is owned and supported by ProTee. Issues with the ProTee product should be raised with ProTee customer support directly.

There are a number of reasons we do not permit published courses from being removed from the server, on our titles. This feature request is not something currently in our plans.

HB Studios does not remove courses from the server at the creators request. That information is not accurate.

Sorry Dux......  They must have changed their policy because they used to.  Probably too many people requesting it.  Perhaps they should listen and allow us to delete our own courses?

You would think, but we are only the customers that pay for their products - we are nothing to them!
