Hi all

Has anyone ever received a response from HB when you have sent them an email to their info@hb-studios.com address?  Really poor service from them.

Thanks
Phil

Really disgraceful from them.  I spent nearly £1,000 on their software, you would think someone would have the curtesy to come back to you.  Not like I am asking a difficult question.  They just rely on self help from forums. I don't think I will be buying anything from them again.

Thanks
Phil

Just to update, i got a very snippy reply from them.  For sure they are not interested in customer feedback or service!

Along with COVID, I think they developed a bad case of "We don't give a **** !"
Two years ago, they said they would have a fix for a trees in the middle of the Pro Tee Simulator on Golf Club VR.
Instead, they just gave up.... but, they're still charging for the defective software!
