Hey all, just wanted a place to post about my sim career. I post a video of each of my rounds on YouTube. Mostly for my benefit, but it’s there if people like watching that kind of stuff. See link below;

1: The Golf Club Open
@ Katagawa Country Club
Winner: Graeme McDowell (-21)
T49th: 70/73/74/79 (+8)

Course is brutally long. Very poor last round.

2: Shriners Hospital for Children Open
@ TPC Summerlin
Winner:  Bryson DeChambeau (-34)
T23rd: 70/69/70/69 (-6)

I really enjoy this course, you can tell it’s a real course design. Four steady rounds.

3: The Southern Open
@ Hickory Creek GC
Winner: Bryson DeChambeau (-22)
T47th: 77/69/74/72 (+4)

Like Katagawa, this course is long in places. Needed a -4 back nine in round two to make the cut and just made it on the bubble…!

4: Champions Invitational
@ Caramel Creek
Winner: Marc Leishman (-28)
New Winner: Ian Poulter (-29)
T8th: 68/68/68/71 (-13)

Three steady rounds mixed with a fairly poor last round. Leishman was announced as the winner and when I booted the game back up, Ian Poulter was now the winner, such is the silly bugs in this game.

@ The Jumeriah Club

T16th: 68/75/71/70 (-3)

Three solid rounds with a poor second round thrown in. Nice course.

6: Green Hill Classic
@ Pearl Mountain Club
Winner: John Chin (-25)
New Winner: Matt Kuchar (-23)
T11th: 67/70/67/73 (-11)

A short and easy - albeit fun track. Should never be hitting in the 70s around here. Terrible last round.

7: The Juno Cup
@ Copper Dunes
Winner: Adam Scott (-24)
T5th: 77/70/69/66 (-6)

Only 32 entrants into the Juno Cup. I finished 6th (tied 5th upon reloading the game lol) even though I was 18 strokes behind the winner lol. Forgot how to play here. I shot -3 in the third round even though I only hit 6/18 greens. Mental. Remembered how to play on the back nine of the last round.

I love Pearl Mountain. Beautiful course and like you say, is easy to score on which is fun but with danger to there too if you do miss-hit - that 1st par 3 over water now is brutal if you hit a red fast/slow whereas before it wasn't.

Nice stuff.

Yes. The 4th hole. Lovely long par-3. I went birdie/par/birdie/double bogey. Hit the green first three rounds but then missed the green and stayed dry round 4 but had a couple of shocking short game shots which caused the double. I actually got wet on the short par-3 8th. Made a triple on that hole one round when I went into the water twice.

8: The Reverie Open
@ Ocean of Memories
Winner: Y.E. Yang (-26)
T6th: 68/71/68/71 (-10)

Lovely course. Soft and slow conditions though - should have done better. My last round was weird, holed out from the fairway with backspin for Eagle on one hole but a few holes later I had three shots out of a deep bunker before nailing a long putt for a double bogey. C’est la vie. C’est le golf!

Another top ten puts me in 10th place in the FedEx thru 8 events. 70.72 stroke average thru 32 rounds. Next up? TPC Scottsdale and the Waste Management Open. Should be a doozy!

9: Waste Management Phoenix Open
@ TPC Scottsdale
Winner: Zach Johnson (-22)
T53rd: 70/71/73/71 (+1)

One of the best courses in the game in my opinion. The default course conditions are firm/fast which suits this course down to the ground. Unfortunately, I double bogeyed the 72nd hole to finish +1 for the tournament. Aw shucks.

Down to 13th in the FedEx standings now…!

10: The Genesis Invitational
@ Riviera CC
Winner: Patrick Cantlay (-32)
MC: 78/74 (+10)

First missed cut of the season. Riviera is blooming hard, especially on master swing pre-September 2021 update.
